Versatile AI provides AI-powered automation solutions, including but not limited to: custom AI agent development, workflow and process automation, lead generation and qualification systems, email automation, content generation, voice agents, AI personal assistants, and custom AI integrations. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work between Versatile AI and the client.

When using our website and Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries or entering into service agreements. Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data. Not use our Services to develop competing AI or automation products without our prior written consent. Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating with us. Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website or Services.

Our Property

All content on the Versatile AI website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the underlying code — is the property of Versatile AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our prior written permission.

Client Deliverables

Unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement, upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the custom solutions, automations, and AI systems we build for them. The specific intellectual property terms — including ownership, licensing scope, and usage rights — are defined in individual client agreements.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our Services may be used by Versatile AI without any obligation to you. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our Services.

AI-Generated Output

Our Services may involve AI-generated content, responses, or decisions. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by qualified humans before being used in critical business decisions, legal matters, or any context where errors could cause harm.

Third-Party AI Providers

Our solutions may utilize third-party AI models and services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and others). Your use of our Services is also subject to the terms and acceptable use policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for changes in third-party AI provider terms, pricing, or availability.

Data Usage in AI Systems

Any data you provide for use in AI systems we build will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use client data to train AI models for other clients without explicit consent. You retain ownership of your business data at all times.

Payment terms for our Services are defined in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: all fees are quoted in US dollars, invoices are due upon receipt or as specified in your agreement, and late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend Services for overdue accounts.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of our engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and system architectures. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement for a period of two (2) years.

Our website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Versatile AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: our website or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure; the results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable; or any defects in our Services will be corrected within a specific timeframe. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality solutions, the nature of AI technology means that outputs and performance may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Versatile AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Versatile AI during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Versatile AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Termination of specific service engagements is governed by the terms of individual client agreements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Versatile AI regarding the use of our Services.
